TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
I wish to advise that I will be terminating my employment with [Business Name].
Under the terms of the Real Estate Industry Award 2010 (award), I am required to give
you one week’s notice. This letter serves to give you that notice, and therefore my last

normal payment patterns and/or our agreement
• after the termination day, any outstanding wage or leave entitlements should be
paid to me as per the award
• any of my entitlements arising out of commissions received by the office after
the termination day should be paid to me as per the award.
